§ 108. Industrial School for Women—Commitment

Upon passing sentence on any woman convicted in common criminal cases to serve terms of thirty (30) days or more in misdemeanor cases and any prison term in felony cases, the sentences shall direct that they be committed in the Industrial School for Women for the service thereof.
