The release does not exempt the professional from any kind of personal liability for negligent or intentional acts or other acts carried out in disregard of the parameters and regulations adopted by the Puerto Rico Assistive Technology Program, §§ 831–837 of this title, pursuant to its organic act or to this chapter.
