In order to allow the consumer to become familiarized with and make better use of the assistive technology equipment, the manufacturer, supplier, distributor, authorized dealer, or authorized lessor, as the case may be, shall provide free of charge to the consumer, directly or through an authorized professional, the installation of the equipment and training on the use and handling thereof.
