Section 13A.170 - Methods of promulgating administrative regulations

Three (3) methods of promulgating administrative regulations are authorized:

(1) An ordinary administrative regulation;

(2) An emergency administrative regulation; and

(3) An administrative regulation in contemplation of a statute.
