Section 9-28-5.1-3 - Reciprocal agreements; possession of foreign driver's license

A written reciprocity agreement entered into under section 2 of this chapter must require an applicant from the foreign country for a driver's license to possess a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle being operated or the equivalent from the foreign country.
