Section 9-28-5.1-2 - Reciprocal agreements; waiver of driver's license examination requirements

A reciprocal agreement entered into under section 1 of this chapter must authorize the bureau to enter into a written agreement with a foreign country to waive one (1) or more of the examination requirements under IC 9-24 for obtaining a driver's license from this state.
