Section 9-24-6.1-1 - Applicability This chapter, including any rules adopted by the bureau to implement this chapter, applies to the following:
(1) The holder of a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit.(2) The operator of a commercial motor vehicle.(3) A person that employs an operator of a commercial motor vehicle.(4) A person that: (A) educates or trains an individual; or(B) prepares an individual for: (i) an examination given by the bureau; or(ii) testing described in section 5 of this chapter; to operate a commercial motor vehicle as a vocation.
