Section 6-1.1-1-25 - Determination of a deadline date under this article; first business day after the stated deadline

If a deadline imposed upon a political subdivision, the department of local government finance, or the Indiana board by this article is not a business day, the last day for the political subdivision, the department of local government finance, or the Indiana board to take the action required by this article is the first business day after the stated deadline.
