Section 6-1.1-1-24 - Duties of township assessor assumed by county assessor

If a transfer from a township assessor to the county assessor of the assessment duties prescribed by this article occurs as described in IC 36-2-15-5(c), a reference to the township assessor in this article is considered to be a reference to the county assessor.
