Section 33-23-8-4 - Conviction notice; insurance fraud or an offense that relates to insurance If a practitioner:
(1) violates IC 35-43-5-4.7 (insurance fraud); or(2) is convicted under IC 35-43-5-4 of an offense that relates to insurance (including an attempt or a conspiracy); the sentencing court shall provide notice of the conviction to each governmental body that has issued a license to the practitioner.
