Ind. Code § 33-23-8-3

Section 33-23-8-3 - "Practitioner"

As used in this section, "practitioner" means a person who holds a license. The term includes the following:

(1) An attorney.

(2) A person practicing an occupation or a profession that is licensed under IC 27 or by an entity described in IC 25-0.5-3.
