Section 3-6-5.6-4 - Board composition The board is comprised of the following five (5) members:
(1) The county chairmen of the major political parties of the county shall each appoint two (2) members of the board. Members of the board appointed under this subdivision: (A) must be voters of the county; and(B) serve a term of two (2) years or until their successors are appointed.(2) The circuit court clerk, who is an ex officio member of the board.Amended by P.L. 156-2020,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2020.Added by P.L. 170-2019,SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2019.
