Section 28-7-5-9 - License not transferrable or assignable; branch locations(a) As used in this section, "branch location" means a location that:(1) is maintained by a person licensed or required to be licensed under this chapter;(2) is located somewhere other than the person's main office location; and(3) does not constitute a separate legal entity from, or a subsidiary of, the person.(b) Except in a transaction approved under section 9.1 of this chapter, a license is not transferable or assignable.
