Section 28-1-2-23.5 - Acquisition of control of stock savings banks

This title does not prohibit the acquisition of control of one (1) or more stock savings banks by a bank holding company, a corporation, an individual, or individuals acting in concert with one (1) or more individuals if the acquisition is in compliance with section 23 of this chapter.
