Section 15-17-8-3 - Employment of veterinarians(a) A sufficient number of veterinarians shall be employed to meet the requirements of this chapter. The veterinarians must:(1) satisfy the requirements for an applicant to practice veterinary medicine set forth under IC 25-38.1;(2) be licensed to practice in Indiana; and(3) be accredited by the United States Department of Agriculture.(b) The board shall supervise the veterinarians employed under this chapter.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-3.
