Section 15-17-8-2 - Testing; contract between county and board(a) After a county council makes an appropriation to conduct a testing program under this chapter, the board of county commissioners of the county shall enter into a contract with the board concerning the work to be done in the county and the expenses paid by the county.(b) The board shall prescribe a standard contract for all counties concerning expenditures for incidental items and the employment of veterinary inspectors.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-8-2.
