Section 15-17-12-3 - Location of producer

A serum, virus, vaccine, or other remedy may not be produced at an establishment that is within four thousand (4,000) feet from any of the following:

(1) A public stockyard where a public livestock market is maintained.

(2) A garbage disposal or rendering plant where garbage or dead animals are hauled over a public street or highway.
