Section 15-17-12-2 - License and permit requirements(a) A person may not manufacture, sell, offer for sale, or distribute within Indiana a biological product for use on an animal unless the biological product is produced at an establishment that is:(1) licensed by the United States Department of Agriculture, as provided in 21 U.S.C. 151 through 21 U.S.C. 158, as amended; or(2) located in Indiana and approved by and issued permits by the board.(b) The permitee shall pay the expenses related to the required tests for biological products approved under this section.Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-18-6.
