Section 15-16-10-6 - Terms of members; removal(a) The term of a member of the council appointed under this chapter is three (3) years.(b) The term of each member of the council continues until a successor has been appointed.(c) The appointing authority who appointed a member of the council may remove the member for cause.As added by P.L. 23-2009, SEC.1.
