Section 15-12-4-2 - Establishment of program

The director may establish a program under 7 U.S.C. 6991 et seq. (the Federal Crop Insurance Reform and Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994) to provide procedures for mediating adverse decisions by agencies of the United States Department of Agriculture.
