Section 15-12-4-1 - "Director"; "remediation program"

The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:

(1) "Director" refers to the director of the Indiana state department of agriculture or the director's designee.

(2) "Remediation program" refers to the program established under section 2 of this chapter.
