Section 13-25-2-17 - Civil actions by commission or local emergency planning committee

The commission or a local emergency planning committee may commence a civil action against an owner or operator of a facility for failure to:

(1) provide information under section 5(d) of this chapter; or
(2) submit tier II information under section 10 of this chapter.
