Section 225 ILCS 60/9.3 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Withdrawal of application

Any applicant applying for a license or permit under this Act may withdraw his or her application at any time. If an applicant withdraws his or her application after receipt of a written Notice of Intent to Deny License or Permit, then the withdrawal shall be reported to the Federation of State Medical Boards .
