Section 225 ILCS 60/9.1 - [Section scheduled to be repealed effective 1/1/2027] Fee waivers

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, during State fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, the Department shall allow individuals a one-time waiver of fees imposed under Section 9, 19, or 21 of this Act. No individual may benefit from such waiver more than once.
