Section 30 ILCS 805/8.47 - (Text of Section from P.A. 103-281) Exempt mandate

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of the mandate created by Section 2.10a of the Regional Transportation Authority Act in this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly.
