Section 30 ILCS 805/8.47 - (Text of Section from P.A. 103-2, 103-110, 103-409, 103-455, 103-529, 103-552, 103-553, 103-579, and 103-582) Exempt mandate

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by this amendatory Act of the 103rd General Assembly.
