Section 30 ILCS 805/8.37 - Exempt mandate Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 98-218, 98-389, 98-391, 98-427, 98-599, or 98-622 .
