Section 30 ILCS 805/8.36 - Exempt mandate

Notwithstanding Sections 6 and 8 of this Act, no reimbursement by the State is required for the implementation of any mandate created by Public Act 97-716, 97-854, 97-894, 97-912, 97-933, or 97-976 .
