Section 42a-2A-725 - Lessee's rights on nonconforming delivery; rightful rejection(a) Subject to sections 42a-2A-710, 42a-2A-711 and 42a-2A-726, if the goods or the tender or delivery fail in any respect to conform to the lease contract, the lessee may: (3) Accept any commercial unit or units and reject the rest.(b) Rejection of goods must be within a reasonable time after their delivery or tender and is not effective unless the lessee notifies the lessor within a reasonable time.Conn.
