Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 32 § 92A

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction shall make an order for the support of the wife, child and children of a recipient of a pension or annuity or retirement allowance under this chapter, and such recipient removes from the commonwealth and resides without the United States said amounts of said court order shall be deducted from aforesaid pension, annuity or retirement allowance as it becomes due and payable and the amount of such deductions shall thereupon be paid to the person or persons, board or officer designated by aforesaid court order. Said amounts shall be paid until such time as the recipient shall present an order of court revoking or amending the original order of the court.
