Section 31-10-1520 - Voting in the wrong precinct

Any person who, at any municipal election, fraudulently votes or offers to vote in any precinct in which he or she does not reside commits a class 2 misdemeanor.

This section is similar to former § 31-10-1320 as it existed prior to 1975.
