Section 16-807.2 - Training on recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking(a) A commercial driver's license training school shall include as part of its curriculum education and training on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking.(b) The Administration shall:(1) Include as part of its Commercial Driver's License Manual content on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking; and(2) Provide to an applicant renewing a commercial driver's license information from the Manual on the recognition, prevention, and effective reporting of human trafficking.Added by 2019 Md.
