Section 13-913 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] "For hire" vehicles: Class B (for hire) vehicles(a)(1) When registered with the Administration, every passenger motor vehicle operated for the transportation of persons for hire, except a vehicle described in paragraph (2) of this subsection, is a Class B (for hire) vehicle.(2) The following vehicles are not subject to the classification specified in this section: (i) Any vehicle operated on a regular schedule and between fixed termini; and(ii) Any vehicle for which a different classification is specified in this part.(b) For each Class B (for hire) vehicle, the annual registration fee is $150.00.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
