Section 15-404 - Nonvoting member may vote in event of tie; approval of Inspector General(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the nonvoting member of the Audit Committee may vote on a decision of the Audit Committee in the event of a tie.(b) The appointment of the Inspector General may be approved only through a majority of the voting members of the Audit Committee.Added by 2017 Md.
