Section 7-504 - Caribbean Heritage Month(a) The Governor annually shall proclaim the month of August as Caribbean Heritage Month in recognition of the contributions that Caribbean Americans have made to the State.(b) The proclamation shall urge educational and cultural organizations to observe Caribbean Heritage Month properly with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.Added by 2019 Md.
