Section 7-503 - Women's History Month(a) The Governor annually shall proclaim the month of March as Women's History Month in recognition of the historical contributions that women have made to the State.(b) The proclamation shall urge educational and cultural organizations to observe Women's History Month properly with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.Added by 2014 Md.
