Section 5-530 - Out-of-home placement and foster care - Adoption of child under foster care(a) The Department may contribute to the support of a child formerly under foster care after the child is adopted.(b) The support may include payment for:(2) medical, dental, and surgical expenses;(3) psychiatric and psychological expenses; and(4) any other cost necessary for the child's care and well-being.(c) The amount and duration of the support may vary according to the needs of the child and the income of the adoptive parents.
