Section 9.5-315 - Approval of direct grants(a) The State Superintendent may delegate the authority to approve direct grants to any board that exists or may be created within the Department.(b) A grant made under this subtitle shall be awarded as a reimbursement for the expenses incurred by a family child care provider to comply with State and local regulations.Renumbered by 2016 Md.
