Section 9.5-314 - Family Child Care Provider Direct Grant Fund(a) There is a Family Child Care Provider Direct Grant Fund administered by the Department.(b) To administer grants to family child care providers, the Department may contract with State agencies and nonprofit organizations.Renumbered by 2016 Md.
