Section 14-302 - Practice by corporate officers and employees(a) An officer or employee of a corporation may practice engineering without a license if:(1) the corporation is engaged in research and development engineering for the federal government; and(2) the work of the officer or employee relates to that research and development engineering.(b) An officer or employee of a corporation may practice engineering without a license if: (1) the corporation is engaged in: (ii) industrial processes;(iii) industrial engineering; or(iv) maintenance and repair of structures or equipment used in industrial processes or manufacturing; and(2) the work of the officer or employee relates to the products or systems of the corporation or its subsidiaries or affiliates.(c) An officer or employee of a corporation may practice engineering under this section only as the practice relates to the officer's or employee's work for the corporation.
