Section 22-1403 - Board to obtain criminal history record information(a) The Board shall obtain criminal history record information of each applicant for a license from the Central Repository.(b) The Board may obtain criminal history record information on license applicants and their agents from the county police, including the county sheriff's department and all municipal police departments in the county.Added by 2016 Md.
