Section 22-1402 - License for individual(a)(1) To be issued a license for the applicant's individual use, the applicant shall be a resident of the county at the time the application is filed.(2) The license holder is required to remain a resident of the county for as long as the license is in effect.(b) An applicant under this section is not required to be a registered voter.Amended by 2020 Md.
