Section 22-1103 - Refillable container permit - Wine(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for wine to a holder of: (1) a Class A-1 license;(2) a Class A-2 license;(3) a Class B license that has off-sale privileges; or(4) a Class D license.(b) The annual permit fee is $50.
