Section 22-1102 - Refillable container permit - Draft beer

(a) The Board may issue a refillable container permit for draft beer to a holder of:

(1) a Class A-1 license;

(2) a Class A-2 license;

(3) a Class B license that has off-sale privileges; or

(4) a Class D license.

(b) The annual permit fee is $50.
