Section 15-2003 - Beer and wine licenses(a) A holder of a 6-day or 7-day Class A beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(c) A holder of a Class C beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(d) A holder of a Class D beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(e) A holder of a Class H beer and wine license may sell beer and wine on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Added by 2016 Md.
