Section 15-2002 - Beer licenses(a) A holder of a Class A beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(b)(1) A holder of a Class B beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) The license holder may sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday.(c)(1) A holder of a Class C beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.(2) The license holder may sell beer at a bar or counter on Sunday.(d) A holder of a 7-day Class D beer license may sell beer on Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day.Added by 2016 Md.
