Section 14-1405 - Payment of license fees(a) If a licensed premises is located in a municipality:(1) 50% of the net license fees shall be paid to the municipality; and(2) 50% of the net license fees shall be paid to the county for the purposes of the county.(b) If a licensed premises is located outside a municipality, all of the net license fees shall be paid to the county.Added by 2016 Md.
