Section 14-1404 - Application on behalf of corporation(a) The name of the person who owns the greatest number of shares in the corporation for which an application for a license is made shall appear on the application as an applicant.(b) An applicant for a corporation who is a resident of the county shall own at least 10% of the corporation.Added by 2016 Md.
