Section 16-6H-18 - Technical assistance provided to local education agencies; rulemaking authority(a) The State Superintendent of Education, through the Office of Mathematics Improvement and other sections of the department, shall provide technical assistance to local education agencies in complying with this chapter.(b) The State Board of Education may adopt rules as necessary to implement and enforce this chapter.Ala.
