Section 4403 - Expenditure of funds for promotional and public relations purposes(a) A county fair, district agricultural association fair, or citrus fruit fair may expend funds for promotional and public relations purposes of the fair.(b) The department may expend funds for promotional and public relations purposes for county fairs, district agricultural association fairs, and citrus fruit fairs.Ca.
